Notice is hereby given that the Town of Smyrna Beer Board will conduct a public hearing at its regular monthly meeting on Monday, August 7, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at Town Hall relative to the beer applications for the following businesses:

  • Circle K, 796 Nissan Drive (MAC’s Convenience Stores LLC) – off premises permit
  • Circle K, 1880 Almaville Road (MAC’s Convenience Stores LLC) – off premises permit

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the Town Council of the Town of Smyrna, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 315 South Lowry Street, in said Town on the 8th day of August, 2017, beginning at 5:00pm for the purpose of considering Ordinance #17-28 to determine whether the territory indicated on the map, which adjoins the present corporate boundaries, should be annexed and incorporated within the corporate limits of the said Town and to consider a proposed Plan of Services for the area.  Three (3) copies of the proposed Plan of Services are on file with the Town Planner of the Town of Smyrna in the Town Hall, 315 South Lowry Street, Smyrna, TN. and are available for public inspection during normal business hours. Click map for larger image

Budget Amendment (August 08, 2017)
The Town Council for the Town of Smyrna will hold a public hearing on August 8, 2017 at 5:00pm at Smyrna Town Hall, 315 South Lowry Street, in order to receive public opinion prior to considering on second and final reading an ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 17-23, adopting the Fiscal Year Budget relative to fee schedule within the Utilities Department.
Municipal Code Amendment (August 08, 2017)
The Town Council for the Town of Smyrna will hold a public hearing on August 8, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at Smyrna Town Hall, 315 South Lowry Street, in order to receive public opinion prior to considering on second and final reading an ordinance relative to the amendment of the Town of Smyrna Municipal Code, Title 8 “Alcoholic Beverages”, Chapter 3 “Retail Sales of Alcoholic Beverages”, Section 317(e) and (g), “Restrictions”.
